Managed to get through. However, the wait time was 27 minutes. I requested a callback. Expecting an agent to call in about 10 mins from now.

I'm in a similar situation – oath scheduled for June 29 (SCR office), tracker is stuck on loading, and no formal email yet. I'm going to call the contact center today and check what's going on. Will update here if I hear anything relevant.
