How did you know CIC sent you a letter to request additional documents? I think they will ask you to provide them more evidence for any unclear points on your application.

I know that is Initial Assessment (IA)

They say at least for one year of residency so I think you should wait for 7 more months, I THINK. You should contact the CHC in Singapore to ask them about your case. They will make you clear, I am sure. Cheers

Yes. I will not withdraw my application because with AEO I will get priority in processing in the old system and the new system we haven't got any news about priority yet, just say 6-12 months.
