I'm sponsoring my girlfriend from Germany; my sponsorship was accepted in June and we got an notice of receipt from Vienna in July, but nothing since then, and the online system still tells us only that our application was received on Feb 29 (which is when it was received in Mississauga).

Hm... we would normally be going through Berlin (93%), but since that's closed, we'll be going through Vienna (85%). I can only hope that the differences are related to the applicant composition each office receives, and not the officers working there!
