Thanks qbanky for your reply. I also think that CHC may need to check something which is not clear or legible in photocopies of passport thats why they asked for original. But after a week, they released medicals. Problem here is that passport is still with them so my friend can not go for...

My friend received his PPR before receiving medical papers. After a week of submitting his Passport to CHC, he recd medical forms with a deadline of 60 days. How he can go for medicals when his passport is with CHC? Also, is it a mistake by CHC to request for passport before medicals?

Thanks Leon for the prompt reply. I asked first question because normally blood sugar is tested with Fasting as well as 2 hrs. of taking meal. I am curious to know how DMP will detect if the applicant is diabtic as normally random sugar test is not reliable for this purpose?

If decision is made before medicals , it could be negetive.

I fully agree with fellow members. Lawyer can not speed up directly but a good represented case will face less process difficulties. If you have complications regarding education/ work experience etc, you may use services of a good and qualified laywer otherwise, better do it yourself.

If this letter if for updated documents,It is normally mentioned that pls do not send the photocopies of documents submitted earlier. Cheers

Normally experience certificate is desirable. In absence of that, appointment letters can suffice the purpose.

I believe one can improve points by reappearing in IETLS or TEF if the case is borderline.
