    yes they asked me about it, i was suprised tbh because I did not think getting out of Canada for 2 minutes would count since it's all in the same day? However the officer saw the stamp in the passport and asked me about what was that, then I explained it to her and she said fine.

    I didn't and they asked me about it at the interview and it was ok, but it's better if you add it to your travels, since you formally exited Canada

    No, they only look at the stamps that correspond to the entry/exit dates that you mentioned in your eligibility period, and those were all in English for me. Also it looks like they only looked at the Canadian stamps (re-entry), not the ones in other countries
