Hi all I applied in Jan 2017... Medicals were done in Sept and now they repeat the medicals on Dec 28 ... Yesterday they got email for PPR ... REQUEST .... My question is that the email they send me for PPR ONLY has my father's name and his UCI number but I didn't see my mother name AND UCI on...

just got my passport request ...so happy ...here my timeline file applied aug 10 2011 medical and fingerprint check on nov 7 from opp pilot ottawa file transfer back to new york on jan 31, 2012- after 90 days i send thm email on may 1, 2012 today got my ppr from new york. thanks

i had the same issue so i called thm and thy say to put non-applicable and write a letter to VO explaining ...and cuz ur passport copy is goin with it so its all goood regarding the forms i knw u cannot validate it bt just put NA and press validate its will validate and wherever it says ur last...
