hi barbie when ka nagpass application sa CEM? Oct. 2011 din ba? Ako Oct. 18, 2011 nagpass then April 23 nareceived ang MR ko. In our case last May 3, 2012 kami nagpamedical sa nationwide Cebu branch, then may referral ako sa Endocrinologist, nacleared naman ako nung may 8 kaso nung nagfollow up...
