Hello there! You can send an email to NNAS to ask about your situation, if they will allow you to start your application in the Phil. Inform them that you have your permanent residency visa. They are accomodating to questions and concerns regarding nnas process. As to your 2nd and 3rd question...

My apology, the question might be misleading. Currently, the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba accepts Clinical Competence Assessment done in British Columbia. On that note, I would like to know if anyone had experienced doing so. That was the thought that lead my question.

I would like to start a thread for those like me in waiting list for CCA. Im an Ien from Manitoba, I received my notice for CCA last December 2014 and still in waiting list until now. I hope this thread will help us monitor waiting times and an informational discussion all about the assessment.
