Question for all How long did it take for you to recieve your CSQ? and where did you apply from?

Is there a way to check your current status? One year seem too long. I have read on this forum people who got theirs within 3 to six months... Never 1 yr

Wow You applied one year ago? Have you heard anything at all? I hope mine doesnt take that long. I applied Feb 2011. I guess i have a long wait ahead of me :(

ok . what are you doing to learn french and prepare for interview? do you use books or go classes? are you in canada?

Hi i thought that since you are a nurse they would have waived your interview. Did you have experience? Are you single? Did you send work letters and school transcripts. Why do you think that they didn't waive your intervew? what is your french level?

OK you probably got the next letter to tell you that they waived your interview plus you didnt pay that resident fee. the others paid up front thats why they probaly didnt recieve the 2 letters just my opinion...

how com u paid so much? did they specify which doctor to do the medical? do they take insurance? I'm worried for a family of 4. thats a lot of money

i would like to know : if you get PR for Quebec, how long do u have to stay in quebec before moving to annother province? Also would the fact that you move to another province negatively impact you when applying for citizenship?

i think it is too.. big rip off i try to encourage him to do it by himself but he refuse. the lawyer say he should pay the rest $800 on receipt of the csq certificate. that means he even wants to be paid in full before the federal immigration process even start. in my opinion $2000 is just too much.

did you use a lawyer to apply for the csq? my friend wants to use a lawyer.. the lawyer will cost $2000 cd for the entire process. csq tp pr what do u think? he is already asking for $1200 just to submit th csq should my friend do it on his own... whats ur experiece.. anyne used a lawyer?

I think you have to fill out a form for your spouse too. the kid no.. just mention him on the form she has to get work certificate for the past 5 yrs .. so she would need her work certificate from India.

\ thank you i am the dependent spouse not the principal... and the work letters that i cano't get is only 3 months. Do u think it will matter?
