i dont know why some people are having trouble signing into ecase.. as i am able to check my ecase.. howvever, i reside in Karachi.. i think it is just system maintenance that is affecting some of the applicants.. also, i got my MR around 3 months after sending my updated docs.. so dont worry...

my consultant sent a CSI on 12 January, but we didnt receive any reply yet... i m waiting for PPR2 for over 90 days now.. :( i dont know what i can do now to make this faster... :(
