If your chances of going to Canada this year is slim, you can always try for it next year, and do it yourself (Having Consultant is not mandatory). As for Australian jobs and degree insights, I feel this is not the correct forum. Post your questions in a similar forum for Australia. Good luck !

My friend helped conference me and the Call Centre for PR Cards - delay. They asked me to resend the photos with correct specification and I got the PR card within a month from that. Thats my experience.
