Well PCRM is the only option in edmonton, Vancouver clinic has better success rate but again depend on ur past medical history. We have gone through with edmonton clinic but no success. All I can say don't give up. Good luck

Hi, Just want to ask if you submitted that form via email or uploaded on mycic account, because there's no email account to reply . I got the same letter on mycic account asking for my mother's IMM5562 not my father 's and he is principal applicant.

I got the same message last week in mycic, but no email address,that letter asks for supplementary form imm5562 and current country of residence. I updated that form in mycic account but don't know which email account to reply stating current country of residence.
