There could be some legal issues as you may have accepted in the application that you will stay in canada after becoming canadian citizen. Maybe there wont be issues, if you pay tax in canada. better to check with a legal/tax professional. Thanks, Satya.

You can email them with your application reference number (Attach the scanned copies). I have done this for PR when my kid was born (birth certificate). They responded well for email communication. I also had to change address. Thanks, Satya.
