I have a question: Can my hubby travel through Miami or New York (as a stop-over) on his way to land in Toronto? Airfare is quite expensive this time of year for a direct flight from the caribbean. Will a visa be needed if its just a stop-over? It would be a one way ticket.

In my case, I mailed a copy of the receipt to the VO in Port of Spain. If I had seen this thread before, I would have faxed it instead. I dont want to duplicate it now.
