I got ARC from New Delhi. ARC is part of main application so, if you get visa, it means you got ARC approved I believe.

Don'y worry dude, you will get your turn very soon. Keep your hopes alive. I was also frustrated at times but, I got my visa even after 58 months. Just keep doing prayers and they will be heard one day.

Thank you guys for your replies. Now, I need one more help. I plan to visit alone for 1 week and then I will return to my home country shall accompany my wife after a couple of months. Would this create any trouble at the port of entry as we have only single entry immigrant visas?

Hi I got visa with copr but I have not got positive or negative arc. I had paid $400 along with written application explaining the reason for deportation. Now, why they just sent me visa and copr? How do I get proof of positive arc. Please reply.

I got re-meds in April 14. PPT with them since July 13 (14 months). Last month they asked for Passport size photos and we sent next day. Don't know what the F they are doing

After medicals request along with PP (first time) last year, they asked for remedicals this year and then after 3 months now, they asked for photos.

Guys, After sending a email to Minister in late June 14, I got a call from NDVO two days back (18 Aug, 14). The guy on the phone was Indian. HE said They had sent me an email on 14 July 2014 asking for 4 photos for me and my spouse. He mentioned these photos would go on the COPR and Landing...

Congrats buddy, It has been 4 years and 6 months with me and still waiting even after re-medicals. They have kept my passport for more than a year now. This is ridiculous. I am going to ask them if they can't process quicker, I need my passports back.
