38 Occupation list will be updated in near future or in 6 or 12 months, as the demand of occupation change from time to time, not remain same for ever. Hope for best.

It is really too late, sometimes it seems that new policy for immigration with limited high demand occupation list may come next year, in fact it was expected to come in fall this year, if it is in fall, then, second week of December 2008 may be the last week for new policy to be public.

Yes, Zaidkhalid is right, there are also several other sites with same list and claim such professions are under new rules to attract the clients.

Dear ZaidKhalid, please can you tell me the basis of your reading, how you think that these professions may be near to your calculation. If I am not wrong your point of basis may be some press release and media report by ex Immigration minister.

I think that all those candidates whose occupation is not in coming specified list, their applications will not be returned, but will be asked for to wait for 6-8 months, as demand of occupation change from time to time.

In simplified application process, you have not to submit anything except your fess proof, but, if you are married and have children then you have to give passport details of your wife and children as well. Simply you have not attach photos of your parents. Good Luck
