i'm not sure about ur concern sir... but i think u cannot declare her as ur common law partner since u have been living together for less than a year. but how did u acquire PR status in canada anyway??

I see here that u were engaged in such a short period of time...But i think that's ok... but then u lived together for almost 8 months... what I know about a common law relationship is that u must have lived together for about 12 months...so I guess u can't be considered as a common law...

i wonder what's wrong.... how about us who have just sent our application?? will it take years? how about the medicals done??? its only valid for 1 year... CIC. please don't let my husband redo his medical for this reason!

good day fellow forumers!!! i sent our application last Apr 5...and according to canadapost, it has been successfully delivered to CPC-M last Apr 10. I even paid additional fees so someone will sign it... how will the CPC-M notify me if they really have my application already? are they going...

you go and visit the nearest NSO office in ur place. Then they will let u sign a form, usually within that day, u can get ur AOM immediately.

1 copy lang po ba ng Appendix A ang isesend with the Application to CPC-M? i just sent our application this morning :)

helo po, i'm from alberta. balak ko magsponsor january next year. Ikakasal kami this december kasi. tanung ko kung anung unang gawin pagdating pilipinas. uwi ako ngayung september hanggang january. Magkanu pala showmoney sa pagsponsor ng spouse?..
