    You're looking at the wrong line. Under "Permanent Resident Fees" go to the last line which is "RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE FEE( TO BE PAID BY PRINCIPAL APPLICANT and SPOUSE /COMMON LAW PARTNER; NOT DEPENDANT CHILDREN )" RPRF is $455 USD for Principal + another $455 USD for Spouse...

    I believe this $140 is for the initial application when you submit your initial papers to CIC. The $140 is non-refundable application fee.

    I think you have to inform CIC that your wife is pregnant and won't be able to take the medical exam. The doctor told me that they cannot perform x-rays on pregnant women (except on emergencies) and would have to wait until childbirth.

    Anybody here, who landed already in Canada, came out of the country and went back using just the completed COPR and doesn't have the actual PR card yet? Did anyone of you had problems with immigration not showing the PR card?
