U can send it via FEDEX, i used that one. It takes 3 days to reach London. U don't have to pay for Return fee now, Aramax will charge u on delievery. U will also receive a message from Canadavisa about ur tracking no. once they send it from local embassy in Riyadh. Good luck

Yes you can use photocopy if they ask. Generally they don't need it. Just tell them police clearence for canada. I got it twice for the same reason and never showed them this form. Good luck
