My ecas shows Decision made after exam on 7 Nov. But still my wife's ecas is in -- In Process status.. Is it normal?

Simple and easy questions.. you have to circle with pencil.. 30 mins time but you can finish within 5 min, soo easy .. Before or after exam, all passports, PR card, Landing papers, Driving licence checked, and asked some written questions like have you ever been convicted? .bla bla bla......

Passed test today.. 20/20.
