Suki, CIC will not send any confirmation you have to wait for cc charge. You should expect it by end of feb. After few weeks from the charge you shall receive your per via email. Good luck!

My dear friend the only reason I can see is that this noc was filled in fsw 2014. Maybe this is the reason, try to link yourself to other noc and test it.
