@bellaluna, I completely second your thought. If I apply immediately for a tourist visa now, it will change the narrative and the visa officer may reject the application again. I need to make a strong reason for the narrative change.

Thnx Batman_is_real. That was exhaustive. So a society letter from ADDRESS 1 would be sufficient for getting a PCC from PSK. Or he needs something else as current proof of residence? Does he also need something in writing from her sister that he resides in her sister's flat.
