why a refund when we are approved for sponsorship
Got approved yesterday for sponsorship for my daughter and then today we received an email saying we are getting a refund of $490 my daughter is 3 yrs old. why the refund?- april20

Sponsoring my stepdaughter from the Philippines.
My wife and I currently reside in Canada and we want to bring her daughter here..My question is should my wife be the sponsor and me the co-sponsor or vice versa? also what are the right forms to use? do we need to fill out all the same forms as for a spouse?
