hello, i got the medical request on februvary 3rd and i did it on march 10th. My PP and medical report was received by office on march 14th but until now there is no change in my ecas status, i feel stranded

i need to undergo the medical exam in another country other than where i submitted my application. who should i contact, the embassy where i am currently nearest to? or the agent to whom i submitted my application? will this complicate my visa application? :o i need some advice. thank you...
