    I get your point, but I never mentioned the document type. She guessed it herself saying Is it your kid's passport? and I only did that on purpose to test if she could actually see it attached to my file and she confirmed.

    Thank you so much for your feedback. I tried calling them, but they always seem to be busy with other calls, so I end up hanging up. I'm just not sure if submitting the webform is enough.
