I dont see many updates lately. I promise to update when I hear back on my inlaws supervisa application. Guys, please let's help each other out. My inlaws applied on June 30th. So far they were requested to get a medical even though they did their medical upfront.

Hello Everyone! Is there any recent information about processing time for Supervisa? Is there any form to take to the designated medical doctor if doing upfront medical? Hoping to get some updates from others. This thread suddenly stopped! :o

My wife received her passport with Visa a few days ago. The process is over for me. It took just under 13 months. While the process was still too long, I most certainly cannot complain. My heart goes out to all those applicants who have been waiting patiently for much longer than me...

This is an embarrassment to Canada's immigration system. Why make people wait 8 years for a Skilled Worker application in the first place? Most of these folks were waiting patiently for a reply. In response, Canada just returned their applications. Very sad.

Re: CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012 Please update my listing as Remedical + PPR. Since my wife is pregnant, the remedical (chest x-ray) will be risky. Nevertheless, I'm pleased that I've crossed a number of immigration hurdles, alhumdulillah.

mine changed to in process on march 6. wife case. still havent updated my file with new evidence etc. will do that now and hope that they get it before they send out a letter.

Get cracking on that divorce. You can only have one spouse at a time. I know someone in the same situation and he ultimately got the divorce through a crafty lawyer in Toronto.

I must say, CIC NEW DELHI does a remarkable job in processing these applications. They should teach the slower offices how they achieve their efficiencies. I almost wish I married a girl from India now! :P

Thanks for your feedback! She has all the details and I will ask her to join here. I just read this article today on major drops in Immigration. (cant post link..) Looks like the Conservatives are putting further restrictions on immigration. Hope my friend is strong enough for the fight...
