Returning to US on H1B on new Canadian Passport
Thanks, I don't know why the an immigration attorney was saying that detailed "Employment Support Letter' is also needed in addition to regular employment letter. My usual employment letter only contains today's date, hiring date, salary, Job Title....this should be enough, correct? Other than...- Jay0808

For those who entered USA for first time on H1B on Canada Passport with I-797, did you just take the usual documents typically needed via India passport(Passport, I797, Pay stub, Employment letter), or did you take something extra called as "Employment Support Letter" which is a detailed version...- Jay0808
