E-CASE changed to IN PROCESS today. It says: We started processing application on October 21, 2013. My hubby's passport was received at CIC ISLAMABAD by Ahmed today.

Thanks bro/sis, I wasn't aware of CIC spouse sponsorship rules in May 2011. My Nikah was a last minute thing, if I would have known I would have never applied without Ruksati. It also depends on Allah's will. Maybe now was the right moment for us. :D

Finally!!! Just wanted to say that my hubby received an email, just few hours ago, from CIC stating that his Visa is ready for issuance and he should send his passport within 45 days. My hubby will be sending it tomorrow. How much is the wait these days for the passport return?

My hubby still didn't get his visa.. At what rate is CIC granting visa these days? 5Visa/month? I think CIC took me for Sleeping Beauty Princess Aurora, and my prince charming will come wake me up only after 100 years. Almost, 3 done and 97 years left..
