    But I think if we provide divorce filling to IRCc they still need divorce certificate but divorce nowadays take 6 months and IRCc give only 90 days to provide divorce certificate so what could be the solution in this case?

    Yes but If we put separated I think they need divorce proof or certificate but I put married that time on pgwp because I didn’t have legal documents to prove separation so I’ll put separated during pr and apply divorce then is that ok ?
