Book an appointment online with service Canada to submit biometrics.

Probably by Jan or Feb you will have that. They will afterwards ask for Biometrics and Photo at Service Canada.

Depends on IRCC can't rely on them. Hopefully you will get anytime soon. I applied in 2024 JAN
