How do you know if an employer is looking to hire foreign workers? Or do you not actually know and you just apply and hope that one replies and says they are willing to hire a foreign worker?
Am I missing something? The postings list who can apply and one of the is temporary residents with a work permit. And it says do not apply if you cannot work in Canada.
But you need a job offer to apply for a work permit, right? There are open work permits but those are for specific cases...
