Etobicoke is normally fast, you might receive the letter anytime. I got a phone call to confirm the date of interview then the letter came a week later.

Hi guri3577, Yes I think you are right, I landed on the 4th of Feb, just checked ECAS and its says we started processing your PR card on the 24th of March. I might be receiving my card next week hopefully. Will keep you informed.
