Hi, I applied from Edmonton too, but submitted to Vancouver BLS by courier (postal submission) on May 7th. The application date is May 14th, when it was received by the consulate. I received granted status yesterday, on July 7th. After granted status it takes between 10 to 20 days to get OCI...- k_graham
