    Yes they are asking for it and i haven't applied for it yet, i choose legally separated for my civil status and gave them a sworn affidavit regarding it but before but they are still asking for more documents to give clarity.

    @ IRCC is asking for divorce certificate, i filled legally separated and provided them with affidavit of separation from High court in my home country earlier when the first ADR came requesting for proof of separation, i also provided my bills and children bills receipts that i have handling...
