That's not standard procedure at all, so that's really kind of your agent. I have received no confirmation at all whatsoever after sending the emails twice. The instruction email should arrive within 24 hours following your ceremony.- Catlover2025

Congrats! I also completed my virtual ceremony today. One thing I noted was that, I was not asked if I wanted e-cert or paper.
