I applied on MARCH 3, STILL WAITING FOR TEST

I CALLED CIC BEFORE, I WAS TOLD THE APPLICATION WAS ON ROUTINE, EVERYTHING IS NORMAL SO FAR. I KNOW A PERSON HAS APPLICATION IN January，and still waiting for the test too. i am not sure it's normal or non-normal.
