Actually I'm sponsoring my parents and one of their police certificate came out with a No Live Trace. They had responded NO since they thought it was stepped down by ACRO and the offence (minor offence) happened more than 10 years ago, but apparently ACRO keeps everything on file until 100 years...- shavcoo
