    I did both. I send them thru email the return label and commercial invoice and also mailed them a set of return label, envelope and the commercial invoice.

    My counter foil was issued on April 28th. The FedEx tracker wasn’t activated after that. And then 10 days after, I got an email that they need a new return envelope and commercial invoice. They didn’t use the first one I sent with the passport because I filled it out incorrectly. This is the...

    I also got an email requesting for new return envelope with commercial invoice yesterday. I mailed everything yesterday. And they just got it today. I hope the FedEx tracing get activated next week.

    I’ve been reading past posts and it seems unusual why they have not mail I really hope we get any update before this week ends. this is my timeline: April 8 - PPR April 10 - delivered to ottowa(N.Joe) April 28 - counterfoil issued April 29/May 5 - no update on FedEx(self stamped envelope)...

    good morning all. i am too is waiting for my passport to be mailed out. the counterfoil was issued on 4/28. Still no update from fedex which i assume that they still have my passport.
