Hello @thuyle1905 . Can you please confirm if your package was delivered to IRCC? and the date it was delivered? I sent through UPS and it got delivered on May 7th. Anxious about how long will it take for them to send my passport back!!- respawnpoint

IRCC Portal shows Final Decision 23 April
@sm_07 I got my BVL on April 17th and got my PPR today. Did you try calling IRCC and specifically mention that you can see that its approved in the app tracker?- respawnpoint
