    Thanks for the update! It is great news, for all of you outside QC. You will get PR soon! As for us in Quebec, it seems the wait time is going to be 2+ more years (already 34 months down, but who is counting hehe), so sad. I had my doubts that QC was going to easily be part of the one-time...

    I don't think they have started unfolding it yet, maybe (hopefully) they are still planning how to proceed (soon?)... and there is no way to know nothing that I know of...I so much wish to know for example if it is going to cover applicants based in QC (my case).

    Same here, Quebec too. I was at 15,500 in Dec. and now at 9,100 and 28 months (was 32 in Dec)...I still don't know if QC applicants are gonna be included in the one-time initiative...mum's the word from IRCC/Gov so far.

    Hi, I applied on April 2023, from QC. The wait time for PR is 45 months currently, so I am, in theory, 1 and half years away from getting the PR (so sad). Does anyone know when it is usually the time to start seeing updates on the application? so far my application has been dead for months...

    Congratulations! Did you apply in which province? Right now wait time for applicants from QC is 45 months whereas the rest of Canada is 30 months I applied in QC and so far it has been almost 25 months (applied April 2023).
