They actually process it on the basis of fd date and not p2. This week they issued ecopr for march 2nd and 3rd week fd dates. Next week will be for last week of march
My P2 is 7 april, ecopr still waiting
From what I have seen on reddit and fb most of the ecopr issued this week were for feb first 2 weeks p2. So it is taking 2-3 months
