    After 9 months, I see one update on my tracker today. The Background verification is now completed(Updated Dec 31, 2025). That makes it, Citizenship Test and Background Verification both completed and the rest in progress. Hoping they would change soon.

    Agree. They use the word "typically" or "normally". There's no hard rule of x amount of processing time like you mentioned. They can take their own sweet time(sour for us)

    I'm in the same boat as you(completed 3 years and returned to US right after applying). I applied on Dec 12, 2024. Mine is even more worrisome. Except Citizenship test completion, nothing else has moved. Everything else is either "In Progress" or "Not Started".
