Hi, Assuming you've entered all the other info correctly, in the very last field where it says 'No. of family members, incl. PA, that are part of the application', try entering the number of applicants+1 eg. if there's only 1 child in the application, then enter 2.- PRforbaby

Yeah, that’s how it works. Requests for medicals, and later, even PPRs are received via the GCKey portal. The status tracker and GCkey are not always in sync at the same time. Usually, there’s an email notification to check GCKey if it’s updated with these requests / documents, but no email...- PRforbaby

The answer to your first question seems to be in your question itself - they do send an email to the sponsor indicating they has been found eligible. This also eventually reflects in the Sponsor's Application Status Tracker account as an update. It is different from the eligibility of the...- PRforbaby

Oh yes, received a request for it a week ago. On a related note, I had raised a web form for a general inquiry since the medical request had not come even after a few weeks of the Sponsor Eligibility Passed, but happened to receive the request around that same time (coincidence maybe).- PRforbaby

@tatertots The Sponsor Eligibility passed update usually reflects in the Sponsor's account. Perhaps the tracker is being updated gradually, you may eventually be able to see the update.- PRforbaby

Lot of ppl seem to be unable to link their application to the status tracker.
