    Well not sure, it seemed like, but it might have been an extraordinary long non quebec application. I only know that it definitely made me nervous and kinda hopeless. Yes i saw one yesterday of a 21 july application and mine is 26 july, so i pray i will get an email within the next 2-3 weeks.
