Rlex, Same situation here My e-cas changed to DM directly from RBVO on 27.04.2012. The narration was same as yours and as per e-cas they sent me the letter on 20th April 2012 but still no letter received from them. Dont know waht happen. Lets pray to God.

Hi Everyone, Let me allow to ask one question to all of u? Do you all able to check your e-cas with second file No. which was received through secon AOR. I am unable to check my e-cas using my second file No. I always use to check my e-cas through first file No. the second file No. didn't work.
