    I'm pretty sure the inland applicants you've seen getting COPR are August 2024 applicants or outland applicants which I haven't seen any of myself, while not impossible it is highly unlikely an inland applicant from August 2025 would have their COPR already

    as far as I'm aware, everyone has to be medically examined, no one exempt even if your tracker says medical exam isn't required as of now

    Just for context, most of the inland applicants from August 2024 are still waiting for portal requests and pretty much all September, October, November and December 2024 applicants as well. Of course your case may be faster but that gives you an idea of how many other people who applied before...
