Are non accompanying dependants of principal applicant included in the total income cut off. Eg if the sponser is sponsering is mom and mother has a dependant child (non accompanying) does the sponser include that child in minimum necessary income cutoff. Thanks in advance

I am currently sponsering my mother to lve with me here in canada. My dad is currently sponsering his two sons, they live with my mother. Mom and dad are no together. Should I still include the two children as non accompanying dependants of my mother. Thanks in advance
