umattend si hubby ng PDOS after nya makuha ung visa. PDOS ang seminar na attendan if the sponsor is a PR. If your sponsor is a citizen, dpt attendan mo ung GCS naman ang attendan mo. Here is the link for more info. Hope this helps...
