Hi Nanniehn, They sent the letter on April 26, based on canada post stamp, and we received on May 2. What happen is, they sent all the letters, dated April 10 and 25, and OWP at the same time. What does your ecas says?

My ecas shows that I received the PR card on May 4th. But I haven't received any letter nor the PR Card. Is this normal? I'm afraid somebody got my PR card. Anyone who has the same experience?

Your sister didn't meet the PR residency requirement. And the sad part, she is outside Canada when her PR card expired.

It is better to renew your PR card first then sponsor your family as they will require a copy of your PR card on your sponsorship application.
