    Holy cow, I didn't know they upped it to 34 months. 12 months seems reasonable all of the sudden :D We have sent my wife's application in early July last year and received P1 on 19 of June, so just little over 11 months for us. Hopefully this will be all over soon. As for the 34 month wait...

    I find it baffling that it takes so long between P1 and P2. Despite digitization the process is no faster than when I was doing it almost 2 decades ago

    Application submitted first week of July, P1 email today. They are coming guys Does one still need to cross the border and reenter Canada like it used to be waaay back when? My family and I got our PR in 2010 and that was the procedure back then
